Join YPN at the Kimmel Center as we hear from Ed Cambron, Executive Director of the Philadelphia International Festival of the Arts (PIFA).

Set to take place next year over a 25-day period, PIFA will showcase newly commissioned works, unexpected arts partnerships, emerging art forms, and classic performances to residents and tourists alike. The first of its kind, it will celebrate Philadelphia’s arts and culture resources, and highlight opportunities for residents and visitors to connect with and support our city’s cultural activities.

The theme of the festival, “Paris: 1910–1920” celebrates one of the world’s most creative places and time periods. Over 100 arts and cultural organizations will participate in the festival, with 31 commissions in music, dance, drama, and the visual arts.

Also at this event, the Kimmel Center will raffle off 2 tickets to a special concert with ?uestLove. An unconventional drummer, DJ and producer, ?uestlove launched to stardom as a member of the Grammy® winning band, The Roots. He is internationally recognized for his expressive style, infused with hip-hop and multicultural elements. ?uestlove has collaborated on dynamic projects with musical artists spanning every genre—from pop to Broadway—including Christina Aguilera, John Mayer, Jay-Z, and Iggy Pop.
