As we enter 2025, the YPC Team is pausing to reflect on the last 12 months of networking, connections, and development our members shared in 2024 (with a Spotify Wrapped-style twist!). With nearly 2,000 members, we know that everyone’s YPC and professional development journey looks unique from member to member. This YPC: Wrapped is just a tiny glimpse into members’ experiences (but check out our last Engagement Report for a complete picture of what YPC looks like in action).

In 2024, YPC welcomed 448 individuals to its network, representing over 173 unique companies and organizations in the Philadelphia region. That’s a lot of business cards exchanged!

In 2024, YPC featured eight well-known business and civic leaders, from Raheem Manning, Philadelphia’s Nighttime Economy Director, to Don Smolenski, President of the Philadelphia Eagles. Proving once again that YPC knows how to bring Philly’s biggest heavy hitters… though we’re still trying to get Gritty to return our phone calls…

In 2024, YPC’s top-attended program was July’s networking event at Midnight & the Wicked. How many times can you say you’ve networked in an underground bank vault?

In 2024, YPC executed over 2,000 minutes of events consisting of networking and professional development opportunities. That’s over 2,000 minutes of programming—or roughly the length of your average Teams meeting.

In 2024, YPC hosted Mayor Cherelle Parker, Philadelphia’s 100th Mayor and the first woman to hold the position. Philly knows how to make history—and YPC’s got the inside scoop.

But don’t take our word for it. See what YPC members and attendees had to say about our programs in 2024:

“This was an amazing event! It was extremely well organized and put together. All staff were friendly and welcoming, and the networking opportunities were unparalleled. It was amazing to learn from everyone and participate in such a wonderful event. This made me very eager to return for further events.”

“Raheem [Manning] was extremely eloquent, and it was great learning about a nightlife mayor, a thing I didn’t even know existed.”

“It was a great time! The team was courteous, and there were plenty of networking opportunities – at the end of the day, that is most important for me.”

In all seriousness, YPC’s mission to foster ambition and build community among young professionals is more critical than ever. We are confident that with your guidance and dedication, the future of Greater Philadelphia is in good hands. Thank you for being part of the YPC community; we hope to continue working with you in 2025 and beyond.
